Just got a RMA replacement set from a set that died after a year of use (less actually)

These say BL12864Z503.16TF2Y - Does this mean they use Micron 5b F rev chips? The 5b D are the great clockers and I had some teamgroup ddr500 with 5b F that was only good up to about 275MHz with extra voltage. Trying to decide whether to give these a shot or sell em without even opening the package.

Just to confirm, are these DDR1 or DDR2? What speed?
