good looking holes

you may try a jigsaw with a fine tooth bit if you are going to make any other holes

took me about 1 mins a hole and still made perfect circles

Nice

I am a fan(no pun) of hole saws. Perfect everytime, but expensive. Those disks are tricky to work with. Press to hard they break, do not press hard enough they skip around and break.

ooooh. Thats a really good idea. I was about to spend over 45-50 bucks for a UV setup...

I'm with Warlord on this one. Just make sure that at least two teeth are in contact with the metal at all times and use masking tape around the hole. A breeze.:)

My current case is my first attempt at modding. I cut it's two 92mm fan blowholes, and two 8.5"x11" windows in under 5 hours of cutting time with only 7 model 426 reinforced dremmel cutting disks. All cuts came out very smooth, no jagged edges.

'Course I practiced on an old 286 case first and stopped many times to take a break, so it took a full day to complete it all. [And another day to wire the fanbus and put the windows, fans, and lights on - <Thanks Errant!>]

Sorry no pics yet.

no offence and all, but whats the point in posting this in my thread? not really much to the topic to my thread

Oh Sorry, I guess I didn't quite make the point huh?

The point was that "just using a dremel, and a drill" is plenty - perfect in fact. No jigsaw is necessary. In fact, IMHO a jigsaw doesn't do as clean a job - only a faster job. I had an excellent teacher, and a lot of patience - both necessary items for working on something that is for show.

PS - Your holes look very clean. [Heheh, he said "Hole"... Heheh]
