Advice on this RAM - OCuk

Im looking at this RAM:

Its pretty cheap, i could get 4GB for the price of 2GB of a named brand plus it has the same MHz and timing (1066MHz CAS 5-5-5-15). Plus if it gets hot i can buy 4 heatspreaders for a couple of quid.

Can you advice me, is it too good to be true?

I have bought from them before they dont tend to sell rubbish so if they have put there name to it they should be fine just dont expect to oc them much.
