firewall with a small footprint

I'm currently using zonealarm, but I don't like the idea of it using up 100 meg of ram - I'm open to any suggestions for something else, but it has to be able to ask you permission for each app to access the internet, not just decide for itself which ones are safe and not.

I use comodo personal firewall and it seems to do the job.
