 I've got an AMD XP 2600 M Barton OC'd to 2.5 g's (12.5x200) running stable now for 3 years - my temps are never higher then 49c. I also use a Nvidia 6600 GT and my temps never get higher then 54c. Within the last couple months I've been CTD'ing alot from games and getting errors. My PSU is a 325w. Could it be the PSU is failing? I get into games where there is only terrain around and get great FPS, but as soon as I look towards towns with alot of objects, my FPS drops to the single digits and I end up crashing here and there. I recently did a 3dmark06 and my score was horribly low...395(ouch). I run cpuid and my voltage flucuates here and there between 1.79 to 1.84.

Could be PSU, could be other things. I would check the capacitors on both the mainboard and in the PSU, though it will void any warranty still on the PSU if you open it up (not too familiar with low watt Coolermaster). If you find any bulging or leaking caps, there's your problem.

It definitely sounds like the PSU and or board! I agree with Wolf. If you have a spare PSU laying around I would try it in the system to see if there is any improvement.
