ODD pproblem

Well this is a weird problem indeed. I recently formated and all seemed to be well for 2 days then suddenly each time I clicked my mouse it would click twice... or more... Clicking on Internet Explorer for example opens 2-3 copies. Whats even stranger is this isnt constant... it comes and goes. I recently installed a new video card (GeForce 2 GTS pro) and overclocked it (220/370) but the mouse started messing up a day later... could that somehow be the culprit? or a dead mouse?

sounds like it could be a driver problem

Erm... there is no drivers installed for it nor has there ever been and it has always functioned fine.

there are drivers for it, they are called cab files

and where might I find those? the CD only let me use the 2 side buttons

have you tired just pulling it out then pluging it in?

Ya I tried that trust me hehe. I think I fixed it though... I have a 250watt power suply and I got my new video card.. all was fine but when I overclocked it, perhaps it took to much power so it made the mouse flakey.
