usb and 4pin pci passthrough

Hey i have been lookin all over the place and cant seem to find what im looking for.

Alls i need is a single pci bracked with a usb port and a male 4pin molex (i think its male... just the same 4pin found on a psu) so i can hook up my external hd to run off my internal psu.
