Comp not shutting down. HELP Please!

I tried to install the newest via 4.36 drivers and my comp hanged... Now it doesn't shutdown properly, it turns off windows and there's black screen but the computer is still on, I tried to let it stand for about 10 minutes but it still not helping... What could the problem and the solution for it?

I had a hang too, but still shut down fine.

It did shutdown fine, till couple of days ago... I really don't think its sound card...
