Difference in these 2 cards?

ok here are 2 evga 8800gts cards. ones a bit more expensive by a few dollars. Which one should I get? what is the difference????

first one:

the more expensive one has:

576//1700 clocks

tthe cheaper one has

500//1600 clocks

Quick google search of both model numbers led me to EVGA's site

Doesn't really matter, I'd say it's worth it. I'm sure you'd probably be able to OC the cheaper one with some better cooling though.
