Need help finding pc133 memory specification.

Anyone know what the speed and timing is for a pc133 256mb memory stick that reads: HYNIX Korea PC133U-222-542 HYM71V32635 HCT8P-K AA.

It's either 3-3-3 or 2-2-2. Is it a 7.5ns or 5ns stick?

It is CL2.

The old Hynix I thought had the speed right on the die.

If memory serves me right. There was really only one OEM that would barf using slower 7.5ns RAM. That was Compaq. If it was pulled from one. It is a really good chance it is 5ns.
