2600XT driver issue

I can't get the driver works properly. I got an error message please see the image. how to get rid of this error people ?
I'm running windows 2003 X86 and the driver is for XP coz no driver for 2003 over there. i use the lastest driver at ati site posted on 9/10/07
i installed framework .NET 2.0 already

Abit IP35 Pro
Q6600
2x1 Ballistix PC8500

the error message was gone but right now i don't have Catalyst Control Center. i tried to reinstall the driver many times but couldn't get control center

i installed ATItools 0.27b2 but this thing didn't work . it appeared at the windows clock but when i mouse over it then it gone. i installed ATI tools 0.26 final when i open the program then it frozen up my system and reboot
