Water Pumps?

Who make the best, quietest water pumps? Are the Eheim's from Danger Den quiet?

I have an eheim 1250 sitting in the closet after only a month of use. Can't seem to find the magnet for the impeller. I now have two danner pumps (500), (250) and can get parts at the local petsmart. It seems that eheim wants payment by the stores in advance of shipment so many stores won't carry them.

I have an Ehiem 1048 and it's quieter than my case fans. Mind you it's submerged, but as long as you bolt it to something it won't jump around. :)

I actually have both an Eheim 1048 (using it now) and a 1250 (was going to use it but now I am not). I will be selling these in about week or so. I am moving on up to a Vapo so I will have little if any use for them.

i dont not have a ehiem yet but will get one soon and must point otu that don't go for enything else. i have a very noisy pump and is lounder then all the fans in my pc

I have a bunch of other W/C stuff to. I am interested in 1 or both of those pumps. Lemme know what you want and I'll get going on it.

I want to run the WC system on the GPU as well as the CPU, maybe even the chipset. Which size pump should I get? Will the 1048 be enough or should I go with the 1250? If the 1048 is much quieter, I'd like to go with it if it will work.

Eheim 1048 (have both 1/2" and 3/8" fittings)
Eheim 1250 (have stock and 1/2" fittings)
DD Maze 2 (3/8")
DD Maze 2-1 (1/2")
172w Pelt
24v 18amp Bench PSU (for pelt)
Black Ice Radiator

Various tubes and clamps.

Once I get the Vapo set up I will decide what I am going to keep.

I might keep one pump and the rad to watercool the NB and GPU -- but I might decided not to even bother.
