I can`t get my memory above 250 Mhz. As soon as i set FSB to 1:1 ratio and set it to 255 Mhz, memtest86 reports errors.

I`ve already boosted the Voltage up to 2,8V

What can be the problem?

Mobo: DFI Lanparty UT NF4
CPU: AMD Athlon64 X2 4400+ @2,2 Ghz
Memory: OCZ EL DDR PC-4000 Gold GX XTC 2GB Dual Channel at 3-4-3-8

Someone help, please

On this platform 1T and 3-3-3-7 should be no problem over 250MHz. You need to find one of the numerous NF4 tweaking guides floating around, I'm sure you can find something here. That board does take some work to get setup, it's not just a matter of increasing voltage and then go for it. You should also look for one of the non BH-5 optimized BIOS'es, they are tuned better for this type of ram.
