ok here is the deal ..

after installing a new audigy gamer I was having a lot of trouble in games, locks up everytime after a few short minutes the monitor even lost the video signal in CS often

I tried everthing I could think of, including reformatting but none of that changed the problem in any way ..

today I finally decided I would remove the audigy .. what do ya know? CS worked fine without the sound card installed .. no problems or locks up

what does this mean? do I need a new psu?
mayeb this 300w one is just not cutting it?

PLEASE ADVISE!!!

thanks in advance

If your using Windows XP look for the latest drivers for your Audigy before you start replacing Hardware.
