so after 9 months on computers with old hardware (main rig is a p4 northwood OCed to 3.3(more after i get a better case and PSU), a northwood 2.90, and a ibook G4) i finally hit the 20k mark, within a month or 2 i should rank in the top 1000 at the rate im going:beer:

A 6700 C2D should be getting about 1575 points per day, if you have it folding with the Windows SMP client, 24/7. (Of course, you can do a lot of other things with it, as well at the same time. Very intensive tasks like video encoding or certain games, work much better with FAH turned off, temporarily).

This is running at stock speed, with the current 2653 work unit.

WTF!! It took me a while too, but for most of the time, I was only folding with an AXP3000+. Now I have a PS3 and a P4 also running for me, and somewhere out there, if it is ever on long enough to finish a WU, a Celeron D. Keep up the fold, and borg as you can.

yup...i have to admit that checking EOC every day or 2 to see how if ive managed to go up a couple places is quite addicting... its a struggle unlike you rich boys with quads :P
