Very good mobo

Doesnt o\c well over 147mhz fsb though.

no it is a nice stable board nothing bad but there is a problem zone that I found. my p3-600e wouldn't go higher than about 113fsb but if I jump to higher than 123 it works again. hope that helps. does 800 easy so I am pleased with this mobo.
