I have 2 Sunon 120's at 5.4Watts. I like them, but they do make some noise...

Sunon makes a smaller wattage version, that is a lot quieter. You can listen to different fans here:

I use the Panaflo L1A. Excellent quality, and whisper quiet.
I bought them from www.caseetc.com Shipping was fast as I live 150 miles from them.

If you have a fanbus or special connectors, get the untailed version.

You may find a better price with some searching, but it's worth the price.

I tend to agree, the panaflos are a great product, from what I have experienced. I am going to be picking up some 120mm H1A and hooking them up to a bay bus to run them quieter and if i want extra cooling just turn them on

I have a Papst 120mm fan. Run's quite silent too I think.
But I must say that the overall system noise is rather high too :)
I like it though..80CFM :D

if you are finding it hard to find low noise 120mm fans or think they are not quite enought get a normal 102mm fan and run it at 7 or 5 volts, this can be done by:

7 volts; connect the negative wire of the fan to the +5 of a four pin connector

5 volts; connect the positive wire of the fan to five volts
