Ok first off..... I want to unlock my XP, what;s the best way? Secondly, I just bought a powersuppy and i was wondering if it's any good. As in supplying power in the +3.3v range. How can i check this?

I suggest that you go to OCer's.com's front page and look back over the last ~1 month. Good amount of XP unlocking articles to be seen there.

The PS should have a sticker on it that says what DC(output) Amperage it provides on its 3.3V, 5V, 12V, -5V, and -12V, as well as 3.3V and 5V VSP(standby) rails.

It should also tell you what Wattage it can handle on the 5V plus 3.3V rails.(Not shorted together--this is simply a measurement). If it's less than 170W, it ain't no good for XP's, or T-Birds for that matter. 220W is nice. Choosing an AMD approved for Athlon XP's PS is a good idea.

You could do a search on Google.com for the manufacturer of your PS. The specs should be there.
