Socket 370 HSF on a Duron

I bought an OEM Duron CPU not thinking about getting a HSF. I do have a HSF for a FCPGA Socket 370 CPU. Will it work if I use it on the Duron???

Which 370 cooler do you have? Socket A's get hotter but if you've got a good 370 you should be ok, as long as you aren't overvolting by a lot.
