I would just like to share that I have got this mod to work and works well. All you do is use a pencil(everyone is recommending a 2b pencil, I was able to use a mechanical pencil) and trace over this transistor as shown in the picture by the red line. So far my loaded vcore has reported the same on cpu-z as I set it in bios.
