ok i have everything for my water system, EXCEPT the block..

I've given up on on figuring out a reliable way of mounting it...

I've got a Slot A, and it's holes are 45x25... which I can't reliably mount anything to..

so here are my last 2 options that I think could be feasable that I can think of for mounting a 50x50mm block that I found for $23 shipped....

1.) glue the block on...either indirectly by putting ASII in the middle and gluing/epoxying or something the block on top..
or buying the AS epoxy and gluing it straight on...
but if I use AS epoxy then I doubt It'll be reversable...
where if I used something else like plumber's goop around the block I could always chip if off....

2.) since it's a slot and stick out, how about a C-Clamp?
they have small ones, I've seen some plastic ones even...
and I could apply more than enough pressure with it...

this is my last obstacle b4 I can begin construction and testing..
HELP

thanx

A little c-clamp would work, I've seen it done on a slot.
Just make sure you have a metal piece outside your insulation to clamp against. You wouldn't want to damage anything.

*edit* make sure you tape that leverage bar, you don't want it grounding or shorting anything.

Some of that thermal shrink tubing would probably be neat to use on the bar, if you're looking for a show finish.

shrink tubing.... hmmm... sounds like an idea..

assuming it's up and running without toasting from inproper seating... :eh?: :eh?:

but I was just informed they don't keep them in stock, and it'll probably be after xmas b4 I can my hands on one....
