i want to change to watercooling
but i don't know if this one is good for my spec's (sig)

is this one good or not

That would probably work but I am a firm believer that it is best to build your own custom system with hand picked parts. It might cost a little bit more but it will perform much better in the end. Look around the forums and read up and you will quickly see what components you would need.
 
oh and the hotter the water is, the more efficient it becomes:

Hotter water means greater convection current means greater cooling power

but this also means that your idle temps will be high as it will only start cooling when the water is hot enough to induce a convection air current.

With no forced airflow its heat dissipation is quite limited. if you get it make sure to put it in an open space, near an open window or aircon unit would be best.

Also watch your temps carefully, set a temp alarm - If you are dumping too much heat into the system temps will just keep climbing...
