I have a couple of 256MB DDR chips that I'm wanting to identify, so I installed them and ran CTSPD. This is what I got. Is this memory any good? Can someone help me identify the speed, latency, etc. of it? Is that a latency of 3? Thanks.

Pull it out a post the letters and numbers from one of the small chips on it.
Or go here and look it up yourself.

Its Mosel Vitelic 7.5ns memory.
Should be pretty good.
You can look at it here:

The rest is what the manufacture programmed the spd for, you can just set your memory t auto in the bios then use sisoft sandra and look in the motherboard section for what the cas is at and it might also have the memory mfg's name in the spd as well.

What's the CL rating?

Its rated up to 143mhz. Does not specify a cl but since jdec rating for ddr is based on cas 2.5 the spd is probably set for 2.5.

Well, to tell you the truth, I can't remember where I got it. Just do a search for it at Google.com, and you'll find it.
