Which laptop hard drive?

That depends on how much you need the space. If you don't need it very much, 7200 is better than 5400, and you should definitely get it.

If you are looking for pure space, no it wouldn't be.. But for the speed/performance gain it gives, I'd personally sacrifice the 20Gbs.
