Be Cooling cusil?

Has anyone gotten to test that Cusil block from BE cooling yet, I want one but I don't have the 80+ bucks to drop for just a block.
However if the performance is really that good...

there would have to be a ATLEAST 8 degree decrease in temps compared for the maze2 for me to get a $90 block
