I just set up a water loop with A Fuzion ,MCR320 and I have 3 Yate Loons fans and I wanted to know if I would get lower temps with 6 fans 3 on top and 3 on bottom.

No, there won't be much a difference if any, just more noise. Push pull is generally more useful in denser finned radiators like the BIX line. The Swifty MCR line of radiators are designed to operate well in low cfm fan environments.

Agreed. You would only see a few percent difference if you could measure it, but in real world you won't notice any difference at all. There is also little difference between using 3 fans in pull vs push or push vs pull. Usually you just put the 3 fans on the side of the rad with the airflow going whatever way is best for your mount.
