I just traded some parts for a p2b but I don't know how to upp the voltage. Wil a newer bios add voltage support? Does anyone know how to voltmod this board.

i dont belive a volt update from the bios is posible.
Upping the voltage on the CPU is easy...
You just have to short pins on the CPU at to get the voltage that you want....

I would love some more info on shorting the pins to increase the voltage. I was able to increase the voltage to 2.2 by blocking pin A119, B119 and A121 but I still need a little more. I really want to voltmod the board by adding a potentiometer but I havn't looked over the voltage regulators spec sheet. The voltage regulator is an HIP 6019 GB if anyone has info on it.

i have a p2b-ve that i am trying to bump ya say a119 b119 a121???....i`m haveing problems with my video card locking the system down...any help is sorely needed
