I installed my neon (Street Glow Quick Stixx 10''), it worked for about 2 and a half weeks, and then died. Is there anything I can do? I'm gunna fone SG support tomorrow and see if they'll replace it, but they probably won't.
I tested it in a plethora of ways (including using a multimeter on the wires, internal and external), but it seems that its actually the tube thats burnt out. They say that they have a lifetime warranty, but I wonder how accurate that is.
Does anybody else have any experience dealing w/ Street Glow? They seem reputable enough.
Unfortunately, I bought the tube off of ebay and payed way too much for it (could've gotten it cheeper from the web site itself)
I bought it off of a very bad dealer on eBay. They were suspended before I could even leave negative feedback for them. Damn. I sent him my money ($45 CDN), and waited 2 months for it to finally arrive, and the prick sent it COD! I had to pay AGAIN (but it was only $20, not $45)
