What stepping is this?

I have a 933 P3 that says 933/256/133/1.7v SL4C9.Is this a good stepping and is it a Cco?I know you can tell by the default voltage but I don't know which is which.Also Is one better than the other and if so, which one?

You can look up in here : s-Spec Information (http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sspec/p3p.htm) It'c a cC0 and probably better than the cB0 one but ofcourse the cD0 one would be better.
