First here is my setup:
P5k Premium 0302 Beta Bios
E6750 1333fsb GO stepping CPU
Corsair DHX PC6400 5-5-5-18
8800 GTX
Enermax Galaxy 850w PSU

I have managed to get an OC of 420x8 running 333 Strap and auto strap, I turned on Static read and disabled Trans Booster.
Vcore is 1.5. but I have gone as high as 1.6 to try higher FSB, after that my settings are .63x, Enabled, 1.7, 2.1, 1.4, 1.7, .67, 1.05 respectively.
My problem is that when I try going any higher than 420 x 8 windows wont load and it just sits withj a balck screen.
I did try using a lower multiplier with a FSB of 480 and it worked, but perfomance in benchmarks was less.
Could anyone maybe give me some direction as to what I might do in order to get higher FSB? I see people here getting 450x8 and even 460x8 and I am left wondering why I can't go any highher than 420 x 8.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

OH, Also, why is it that Asus Suite and CPU-z consistently report my multiplier as 6 even when it is 8?
