basically @ my current job my boss is skrewing me @ $8/hr to run a wireless giant/laptop repair place, not paying me any commision, and overcharging me income tax and possible pocketing income tax all together..so iv had enough

iv got an offer to work for both sprint corp and t-mobile corp via my reps..who recognize that i know my stuff lol

@ the sprint store..they do about 100 activations a month
@ the t-mobile store they do about 400 and now with new location upto 600

sprint pays $12/hr i hear
tmobile pays $10/hr...both are + commision
and the t-mob rep pretty much said if i dont get a 5k+ commision check at xmas id be doing something wrong lol

personally i like sprint a lot more service wise..but the peeps at t-mobile rock
and it seems like ill be getting a heeluva lot more commision at the t-mobile place.. im curious if anyone on these forums works for either corp. stores and has any input?

IMHO i would go with the big Tmobile :D since sprint doesnt have commision and tmobile gives decent discounts.

T-Mo, I've liked them enough to stay with them for 3-4 years now. Never had any significant issues. There's a reason they have 4-6x as many activations as Sprint ;)

I'd go to school and get a degree in something electronics and work for them as an RF tech..... TMO or SPRINT....

Going into a big and still growing place is obviously the better choice if you ask me. Maybe you can try and convince them to meet halfway to sprint's pay?

the only part that gets me about t-mobl is thier interview and hiring policy ... you'd think you were applying for a government clearance

T-Mobile sounds like the obvious choice here, the commission difference would be the clincher for me.
