Nope you just have to run 2 versions of the program. Are you running the screen saver? If so check this (http://www.ocsetiteam.com/Instr1.htm) out. You just need to set up 2 of them to use both procesors.

Won't the CLC run 2 threads at once on an SMP system? I sure hope so....I'm gonna get it going on the backup domain controllers where I work - dual P3 1GHz 2mb Xeons! 4 of 'em! (jeez I hope so)

SETI@home can't use two threads. The only way to use all the available cycles in two CPU is running two WU at the same time. You can achieve this:
a)installing two times the clc or the screensaver in separate folders.
b)Using SETIDrive you can run two WU at the same time.

This can be extended the number of CPU you have.

Seti Driver automatically sets itself to 2 work units if you have dual processors. It is the best why to run a dual setup.
