Yes, any retail Intel cpu comes with a standard heatsink.

I noticed you are looking at the P3 667. Are you going to try to overclock it? If so don't buy that one for the FSB is already high and you won't get much more out of it without a very good setup. Go for the P3 700 (100) for i've had 3 of these last year and each one overclocked to 980 +. You might be abe to get away with using only the stock heat and fan also at 933.

Gorb's are not very good for overclocking, let alone any imitations...
