Striker Extreme Posting CPU INIT Error

I just finished building my first PC and have everything installed and connected correctly. But when I turn my system on there isn't any beep to let me know that my system has posted and the LCD Poster on my Striker Extreme mobo keeps saying "CPU INIT" and nothing else. Can someone please help me with this problem?

Sorry I don't have a Striker Board, just sitting with a glass of whisky and did some Googling... seems to be a common problem, and judging by the 2nd link and the memory you're using it might well be that you are suffering the exact same problem.
