Congrats! I have Duron 800 too, but only managed to O/C it to 1048 stable w/ 1.85 Vcore (actually 1.9V).
What voltage are you running ur chip, and what is its stepping?

1.85 vcore, what do u mean by 'stepping'?

'stepping' is what is written on the CPUs core, something like that:
D800AUT1B
AKCA0118XXXX
ZXXXXXXXXXX
The AKCA 'Z' is the stepping of my Duron, u'll have to remove the heatsink the check for it.
