Maybe it's the WU's I've been getting, but Previous to my switching from version 2.12 to 2.15 and then to the graphical 2.15. I had problems with the 2.15 giving me credit until I was told that anonymous was a feature and I had to force it to remember who I was by adding -config tot he command line. All fixed now...sort of. I now know the graphical client doesn't like voodoo cards in fullscreen. Ok no prblem right? Just don't view it in full screen. Well I'm getting other than villins so I'm not sure if they should be taking so long. I was thinking someone said they wasn't much difference if any in them. To me though I'm way off production as before the change to version 2.15 I was producing around 43 points a week...I'm not even producing half that now with the 2 systems in my sig. going to work on a 3rd system "for my nephew" for christmas. Course it has to be on site and attached to my LAN... ;)

The graphical client IS slower than the console client, but it shouldn't be THAT much slower though.
Have you tried using the 2.15 console version, to see if your production goes back up?

I switched all of my boxes to the GUI and haven't seen any drop in production. Most of the time it does absolutely nothing. The core_65 is the program that is doing all of the work and it is receiving 99% of the cpu when the system is idle.
If you have used and configured the GUI version and you want to use the command line version then all you have to do is copy the text only version in the Folding@home folder and start it. Do NOT delete the client.cfg if it was already set up by the client with your name. It doesn't need to be deleted or changed if it's correct. The console version will then use the existing client.cfg to run and all should be well.
