I don't think it'll stop either... DDR3 is out, and 2x2gb kits are probably where they wanna make money now... I'm gonna blame Vista on this one.

^ forget DDR3, way way way too expensive for now. I'll wait another year or so until all people use are DDR3's. Will we have to get new mobo's for that?

Yea, even though it's the same pin count they moved the "divider" piece to a different location so DDR3 ram won't even fit into a DDR2 socket.
