Recommendation for a Cheap Overclocking board for e21XX chip?

Going to get one of these new cheap intel chips and am thinking about either buying a used board or just getting a cheap new board to overclock it. Doesn't need to be a great board as this is for my gf, but I would like it to be rock solid so that it lasts in her computer.

I paired a Gigabyte P35-DS3R with an E2140 @ 8x375 for my gf's machine. Probably could have gotten away with a DS3L.

gigabyte p965-s3, biostar t965pt, or if you can find a cheap p35: gigabyte, biostar, asus, abit.

So your saying they are all about even? The MSI is $88 and some change at Mwave or has MSI turned to junk?

You can go even cheaper by getting a P31-S3L.
