8800 GTS 320MB - DDR3
2900 PRO 1GB - DDR4
8800 GTS 640MB - DDR3
2900 XT 512MB - DDR3
8800 GTX 768MB - DDR3
2900 XT 1GB - DDR4
8800 Ultra 768MB - DDR3
Thats about right for now ?
2900 PRO 512MB; falls in between the 320mb and 640mb GTS, clearly beating the two if you turn off AA.
The 1Gb PRO... is pretty much the same power as the regular 512, unless you actually need the extra memory.
The GTX is more powerful then the 2900XT(which falls in between the GTS and GTX, it does get pretty close to the GTX without AA), the price is a slight indication. :-/
The 1Gb XT is hardly any more powerful, if at all, just like the GTS 640Mb and 320Mb, if you don't need the extra V-RAM, it's worthless.
The 2900PRO is ridiculously cheap, and the 8800U is the powerhouse, that's why the two are the only ones I'd ever buy at the moment.
I know that much, but ATI?AMD only has the two flavours of the 2900 out so until lthey release their 2950 ? that will be the competition for the 8800 ultra.

i think it'll be competition for the GTX....
i think it'll be competition for the GTX....It's going to be GTX(2900XT+) powered for the same price as the 2900PRO.
Pretty impressive for being a single-slot video card with only 125w TDP.
Not to mention you could put 4 of these in the new Quad PCIe2 mainboards.
:soda: I'll drink to that!

seems off to me. I think the gts beats the 2900xt.
