hsf needs an id11 !!

i have this hsf hear that i dunno what its all about ,
i serched the web to no avail can anyone think this discription sounds familiar,,,,
the heatsink itself is a nice blue colour and the actual fan is clear plastic ball bearing, just thought id see if anyone is familiar with this fan and give me the lowdown........TIA LADS;)

if that dosn't work estimate how good it is wil the look test:

fan big?
heatsink big?
lots of fins?

There are alot of blue heatsinks we need alot of specs :)

poor man no cam (lol) thanx i just never seen blue with the fan see-through b4 an thought someone might 've cheers dudez
