In order to quickly recover from the fallout of recent server outages, we'll be offline all night to clean up the database. Data transactions will resume Tuesday afternoon.

I hope they can get the servers running smoothly by tomorrow afternoon. I just checked and I now have almost 20K credits pending right now. It will be well over that by tomorrow afternoon.

Wow, that sucks. Hmm.. ah well. Ive noticed my RAC dropping lately.. gone from ~1100-1150 to ~930-970.. possibly due to these tiny WU, but its still annoying :( I want to see a solid 1k RAC, damn it! Lol

Check your pending results, Careface. I think you will find that like me, your pending results are building up quite rapidly. 3 days ago mine were hovering around 8K and are close to tripling through the weekend till today. :(
One other thing I've noticed; this new Q6600 can flat chew up some wu's and spit them out. :D

My RAC went down too - thought they'd changed the rules on us or something. Glad to hear it's just a temp outage ... ;)

I hope they get this resolved. I notice the servers are always going out
I dunno how much I have on hold, but from what I can tell it's a huge amount ;)
They must be back up everything working ok here.

I've still got about 10 WUs in the process of downloading. :-/

I dunno how much I have on hold, but from what I can tell it's a huge amount ;) That's why a lot of us set that 10 day cache, then it doesn't matter if the servers are down. And even if your RAC drops temporarily so does everyone else's - and it all caches up eventually ... :)

Well i just added a 3rd rig, and it's in idle/downloading mode :-/ Not to mention I've got like 30+ WU's on my other 2 rigz waiting to to send. Tho I got work saved on my 2 rigz still crunching, my 3rd is not
Sure wish berkley get's their act together with those servers :bang head
I did'nt go thru this much trouble Folding :eh?:

Yeah, that's why I try to keep a 10 day cache of work on my farm.
And I have a rig in the same boat as you, Neb. I finally got around to troubleshooting a C2D system I have been having problems with and I think I narrowed the problem down to a dodgy stick of high dollar OCZ ram that I will now need to RMA. I still have the other good stick in the machine and have it back up and running at stock speed, but I can't get any Seti work on it right now.
I also ordered me 2 GB kit of Crucial Ballistix too, so I can have some ram to run that rig while I RMA the OCZ. I also have a set of G Skill ZX I need to RMA too; waiting for word back on the RMA request from them. It's a set that is supposed to only run on Intel chipsets, but it won't run on my Gigabyte 965DS3 board.

WoW mudd i hear ya :-/ On my 2nd rig I only have a 512mb kit and I just pulled 1 stick to run the 3rd rig, lol. So now I have both the 2nd and 3rd sharing ram. I have a 2 512's of different brands coming this week. Hopefully each rig will have 512mb which will be more than enough to crunch with.
As soon as the SETI servers get back online I already have the 3rd rig waiting to load up on the cache ;)
Oh specs on the 2 & 3 are:
#2
DFI Ultra D
Venice 3500+ @ 2.5Ghz
256mb Mushkin PC3200
X1300XT VC
WD 80 gb sata
Fortron 530w (20pin) lol
#3
DFI Ultra D
Venice 3200+ @ 2.5GHz
256mb mushkin PC3200
3Dfx PCI card
WD 40gb pata
POS Dell 307w (modded 20pin)
And i have to admit not 1 single problem with either one :D
Hope you get that ram problem straightened out soon :)
