Good OCing???

Well, I finally have my system running well, and I decided to do some OCing. This is what I am at now:

Athlon 1.4@1644 (11.5*143)
ASUS V2800 GF3 @ 230/530

Is this a decent OC??? Everything is pretty stable, I think the HD's dont like the FSB because they lock me out every once in a while.
