View Full Version : Problems ordering from Danger Den
During the past 3 days, I have tried many many times to order my watercooling equipment but I can never get past the confirmation step. The page shows up but there is almost no information displayed and there is an error message. I would like to get this during christmas vacation so I need to order now. Does anybody know what I should do? I've already e-mailed them, they replied telling me to try again which I did but it did not work so then I e-mailed then back, but I still haven't gotten an answer.

www.caseetc.com is a distributor of some of the danger line of products, check and see if it's the products you wanted.
They are pretty good and have called me at home regarding an issue I had. Give them a day or so to respond.

yeah i've ordered from them twice, no problems, maybe your browser is ghetto-ized cookiewise or something?
I don't think cookies is the answer. It says VBScript error and it lists formatcurrency as a variable.

Just read on the DD site that severe weather caused them a production delay. from the DD site " We are fighting a battle with a storm on the northwest Oregon coast. The shop and town are out of power and may extend the order process. We anticipate that all orders made by tonight will make it to the door by Friday in time for Christmas. It isn't a guarantee but we do want to make the attempt "

I e-mailed Dan yesterday and he told me he'd call me today, so with any luck, I'll be able to order my parts today.
