Understand that the 2900Pro is a limited production card and supplies at the retail level will be spotty.
They get GPU's that, for one reason or another, do not meet spec for use on 2900XT's and there are
only limited numbers of them that come out of every R600 die FAB run.

Another issue with retail level availability is the tier one partners probably get the first crack at the
2900Pro's that are produced are any given time.

"ASS" even over charges for the nail studded 4x4's they ram up your rear every time ya buy something from em lol.

Newegg did the same thing(raised the price $15) Ewiz had a weekend sale for $256.89-didn't have the $$ though.. Looks like eveybody starting to raise the price to a ridiculous levels..

It's called supply and demand. Limited supply and high demand drives prices higher. Always has/always will.
It is the American way lol.

Honestly if you can get the card for under about 300 taxes in its very worth it.....

Here you go all the one's that I know of anyway. The ones I've seen seem to do quite well. 12K in 3dmark06 with a 6000+, can't remember the card clocks, but the 6000+ was running at 3.4G

Just ordered mine today!!!!Better get one while its at that price........Now my 2nd question.. Can you put a passive cooler on this thing or at least a quieter one?? and if you can what are some choices.. any of these any good???
