I've recorded a lot of shows with Windows Media Center.
I'm tired of the 1.5 gigs for each show, and am looking for recommendations of which programs to use to convert them, and what to convert them to.
They are all standard def recordings.
I also plan on copying them to my other computer which has Unbuntu and will soon have MythTV, so the format must be cross compatible.
So, what should i use?
