ram data?

sandra has told me thet my ram is all 7-1-1-R 5-1-1-1 W-2-2-2cl
thing is i dunno what this has to do with the situation also 1x128 and 1x64 are pc sdram 100-222-622 an the other 128stick is 100-322-222???
pls can some one let me know if these figs are anything(other than normal ram stuff) that should be considered or even noticed as i now seem to be relatively stable as i had to do 1 week burn in to get 747mb from a cellie 600.
also since i moved rig beside cold window side of living room my cpu temps are as low as 16c idle but steady 37c full on any way tgis is aboot my ram so..........TIA dudez
