For starters, I live in sweden. And now it is very cold outside...
Guess what? I put my comp. outside my bedroom window, in a soundproof wooden case (for keeping a constant temperature..).
It -7C outside and my CPU (Athlon xp 1500+@1900+) is at 19C'!!!!! Ambient temp in case is 10C!! Now this is under full load!
This must be the most cheapest cooling ever :=)

But what I don't know is if there is going to be moisture...do you?

To get condensation occurring the object must be cooler than the ambient (the amount varies according to the Relative Humidity). Since your temps are way warmer than ambient then no. A word of caution though, condensation could occur if the system was brought into the home environs as it would be colder than the interior.
