Old PSU!

Hey i got an old (and i mean old, out of a 486, a what 8,6?) PSU out of a Dell PC,

it's 145W, persume AT , (Model No. PS-5151 - 1)


Just want to know how can i jump this to get it to come on???

Just press the power button on the cable.
The old pc's didn't have power on thru the motherboard.
