wow..went online a week ago, setup RMA for a 400gb sata drive - super easy
sent in the same day..got a box back from them today, to find a recertified 750gb drive inside!!!

I also recently had an excellent experience with their RMA service too. Definitely a great company to deal with.

They're still a leader in Server Storage as they have been for many many years. We always go Seagate SCSI.

So the trick is to buy disco'd drives and hope they break? heh. Was your 400GB a PATA drive?
