MB problem help!!!

Okay I swapped my cpu 333 celly to my new 600 celly. It worked when I swapped it in then I decided to change the heatsink fan because the delta black label fan is too damn loud. I did that and put on the stock one and no video shows but I hear my hard drive working. But I don't get a beep at the beginning. Anyone know what that means when I don't get a beep in the beginning. I changed my video card, ram, cpu, I don't know what else to do.

About the best i can think of, go back and make sure everything is seated properly
